I realize this is probably hyperbole in this comment from Sullivan, but we got almost the exact same sentiment from the RB coach last year about Najee. If these guys were coaching a young Jerry Rice or Tom Brady, would they tell them to go play video games and stop working so hard? To "get a life"?

Gym rats are good things. Embrace them. Let them lead and encourage others to follow. If feelings are hurt, you have the wrong guys on your team.
