Three signings with former connections to the Eagles. I'd say Weidl is wielding his power.

This makes me wonder that if Weidl hits it out of the park and the Steelers rebuild puts them back in SB talk in a couple of seasons how long will Weidl last in the 'Burgh as assistant GM? Some team is gonna wave the promotion in front of him.

Gm is likely the top, of course.

Get rid of the “assistant GM” title and stay with “Director of player personnel”.

If they do great things as a tandem treat them as equal partners with distinct roles and pay both GM money.
