I can tell you watch Tucker Carlson and I have empathy for you.
Whatever you want to think. There are literally dozens of different definitions for the words "oppression" and "empathy". If it makes you feel better about yourself to choose a different meaning for those words than I would use, go for it.

Lol it's so bizarre, these folks are so caught up in this culture war bs that people like Carlson spew every night, they cant even bring themselves to shed an ounce of humanity about a young man dying tragically, for fear that they maybe labeled "woke".

At the other end of the spectrum there are many people like you who won't acknowledge or put the blame on Haskins for contributing to his own demise. Truly sad.

Nobody is saying it was smart to do what Haskins did. Do you think you're making some kind of brilliant observation here?

The difference is that you seem like the only one here would be going around at his wake spouting "I told you so" or "he had it coming, no tears here" to anyone who would listen.

Where did i say that? Please point it out or you can admit that you are being dishonest. Of course its his fault he made a bad decision to walk onto that highway and ot cost him his life, that doesnt mean i cant feel bad for him and his family.

This is the first time in this thread that you have acknowledged that Haskin's was responsible for his own demise. Many others when pressed on this point can't bring themselves to do it. I give you 100% credit for doing so, and I apologize for assuming you're like the others.

The word oppressed has lost its meaning over time. We have rich football players with all the freedom and money in the world who claim they are oppressed. If they are oppressed what does that make me? I have far less freedom and money then they do.

I dont think anyone has made the point that he is not responsible for his own death.

I pressed several people on this exact point. None of them could admit that Haskins was responsible for his own demise, because they were too busy attacking me for pointing it out. What else am I suppose to think?

You are supposed to think they have no desire to join in on you Haskins hatefest. It predates the crash Prowler.

You get the reaction you get because you alone seem to take gleeful joy in the tragic death of this young man. Even to the extent he might have brought it on himself, it is still tragic.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

                                Let me ask you-

If Ben was KILLED in his motorcycle accident, would you take issue with fans who feel bad for the death of the young man? (Ironically at about the same age).

Would you say "boohoo" at the response of fans who expressed condolences and question their sincerity?

Would you say they were following "the woke crowd" if they had a problem with fans bashing Ben for ignoring warnings about the danger of riding such a powerful machine without a helmet?

If a cold hearted black person mocking Bens death said to a saddened fan, "well I bet you are white".... what conclusion would you make about the motivation of the black man who continues to make light of Ben's death?

Would you at the very least understand why most fans would not appreciate a complete lack of empathy for a tragic loss EVEN IF IT WAS BENS FAULT?
