The Raiders once sued Chuck Noll and it was never a distraction. People and organizations have the capacity to separate their personal issues and professional responsibilities.

Perspective - George Atkinson sued Noll for slander and it was laughed out of court. This is an entirely different universe. Flores is basically challenging the integrity of the league and these three teams.

And then turns around and takes another job in such a short time frame?

Hope he doesn't borrow socks from Colin Kaepernick for his press conference.
