For two seasons now, Tomlin and Colbert were counting on Tuitt and Alualu. That was a bad plan and there is no depth behind them. If we have either of those guys penciled in as starters next year - the entire coaching staff should be fired. While they can play - a player that is never available is a wasted roster spot.
