I’m listing teams most on here probably think are better than us on paper.

Most of them have the ugly loss that PS thinks only the Steelers have every year.

So while we have lost to GB, Vegas and Cincy we still have fans who aren’t sold on us being good yet these other teams are actually losing games to the Jets, Jags, Broncos and barely beating the Lions.

I only see 1 loss to the Rats and 1 loss to either Titans or Vikings (probably Vikings because they are weird).

Have you seen Tomlin's track record on end of season records? 4 wins is a high prediction out of 8 games for Tomlin at the end of season.

I don't think the remaining schedule is as tough as we thought it would be at the beginning of the season. But I don't feel 7 wins in there with the way our offense continues to play. It will probably continue to improve but I don't think there's enough ceiling. And the defensive secondary is no where near the force it was at the beginning of the season. I don't recall if I had an earlier season prediction. But I'll say 10-7.

that's a helluva finish and 5 losses in that stretch wouldn't surprise me (Rats twice, Chiefs, Titans we're sure to be 'dogs... One more slip is possible between browns and bungals).

I'm guessing my original prediction was somewhere around 9-8, keeping tomlin with a winning record, but the fans unhappy. And I'd stick with that right now...

Ben is on an upswing this year as opposed to last year. Our running game will be better. Our defense is better. We will lose only 2 more at most. 12-5

I think its time for people to let go of last year… because it was last year.

2018 they finished 2-4 in their last 6 including losses to 6-10 Denver and 4-12 Oakland. 2019 they lost their last three. The end of 2020 was obviously a disaster. To your point, they had typically finished strong under Tomlin before 2018.

I'd love to see Ben go out with a season in the playoffs. Especially if we can win one of those playoff games (4 preferably)

I hope I’m right too

but one thing I know I’m not wrong about are these other teams being flawed.

I think a healthy AZ and GB are the only 2 teams that are actually “good” right now.

AFC is stronger overall but I don’t see anyone standing head and shoulders above the pack.

Also looks like the Bengals hot start has cooled off. Its wide open this year IMO and I like are chances against most teams lett on the schedule.

IIRC correctly I had predicted 17-0, so I will amend mine to 14-3.

Is this based on reality or is this based on protecting your feelings? I just can’t see this team going 2-7 down the stretch with Ben protecting the ball, Najee grinding out first downs and Pat catching TD’s.

I had us at 6-2 right now but with losses to the Bills and GB.

Also had us beating the Lions to get
to 7-2.

You really think we go 2-6 down the stretch if we beat the Lions?

Unless we have injuries I can’t see this team only winning 3 more games this year based on what I’m seeing around the league.
