    bur by who?

that was killebrews 1st game with the Steelers after being signed as a ST ace from Detroit.

danny smith and the head coach have been here for the nfl equivalent of an eternity.
I’ve never seen a block from this team from a move off of what MK did.
not saying it couldn’t have been this staff, but do you have a link confirming it.
like someone like MK in the presser crediting white/tomlin
    better players make better plays.

not sure who gets more credit but when a unit executes I think everyone deserves kudos.

I don’t expect blocked punts every week but its like Hilton blitzing when he was here. When you have a guy that is better at blitzing or making ST’s plays you put them in position to make those plays and sometimes they pay off.

We are off to a shockingly similar start. If our defense had gone from very good to "great" we have a chance.
This is why I've been way more optimistic than I thought I had a right to be (although only after 1 game).

If we can run, we probably only need Ben to be a game manager to win most games (vs. recent history when we needed him to carry the team...unfairly IMO because it's too much to expect).

Let's hope that this week looks somewhere close to last week and we can keep stacking wins!

The head coach's job is not teaching every player "how" to play.

They put the right pieces in the right places and schemes to make plays.

So far so good in regards to Killebrew

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

We are a log shot to be at 13.9 PPG again. No one will in the NFL. The game has changed.
Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game in seven years and counting. The earliest will be eight years. I guess that in Art Rooney's II, opinion is worth a 3 year extension.

Our 2024 draft looks to be grade A. Our 2023 draft is an A. The roster is talented, but Mike Tomlin is still the head coach.

*** Mike Tomlin is the best coach since the AFL- NFL merger that has not won a playoff game in 8 seasons or more. It's either him or Lewis. ***

Patriots had similar numbers just a couple years ago.

I dislocated my shoulder playing Rugby in HS (and several times since). But I've avoided surgery so far.

I had a shoulder tear a few years back. Took me about 1/2 year of PT to get it reasonably usable/pain free, but at least I didn't have to do surgery. I'll pray for a good, speedy recovery for you.
