I'm not completely following the first round pick/pedigree "discussion", but I love the fact that we take fliers on former high picks. They don't always live up to the draft pedigree, in fact some of them flop, but we got quality play from guys like Alualu and DHB.
yeah, not sure how that is viewed as a knock on our scheme. Its just smart business to try and hit on a former first rounder on the cheap.
