I usually wait until the end of the season to express my gratitude to Ghost for also doing the scores with me -- however this year I have just been awful at scoring.....I mean like I'm the NFC East of scoring games this year!

One Week my friend Ghost was polite enough to ask if I had actually changed some rules that he didn't know about --- because I had completely screwed up my scoring so badly.....meaning he had a much better grip on my scoring than I did.

I've always appreciated that you guys join in for this madness -- and especially this year, when I could just use a break from all of "extra" crazy on tap over the last several months.

(And I will definitely say this again at the end of the year) Ghost makes this game much better, just by doing his own scoring and often showing me how it's done.

As always - Thank you Ghost.

*** Of course -- as much as I would like it too -- this still doesn't explain how he and I are so DREADFUL this year at picking games.

Big - BIG week for Passhappy - who enjoyed a Sunday Night Shootout between the Seahawks and Cardinals that translated into a weekly high score of 85 points -- which also put him into a tie for FIRST place with ESPN!

Passhappy has been with this game for a number of years -- Could this be the year he ends up being Number 1??



(Similiar to Murray above) Passhappy will have to survive a very fierce RUSH this week - as the MNF Execs marked in Gold will enjoy two weeks worth of points in Week 8!!

One of those Execs is former MNF Exec Champion Flippy who will pick up 45 Bonus Points at his games respective kickoffs.

A couple of "Bad Beats" this week for a few Execs - yours truly (Lonbull) and BlOOze were looking for some Week 7 Magic with a Teddy Bridgewater win over the Saints (Extra Bonus).....but unfortunately the Saints went over the top and no bonus was to be enjoyed.



MeetJoeGreene also looked for some Week 7 Magic -- looking for Randall Cobb to get into the Endzone....but while Cobb enjoyed 95 yards receiving....he didn't reach the endzone.



With 8 MNF Execs picking up two weeks worth of scores - I'm looking for a relatively sizeable shake-up this week in the Standings -- Passhappy will step in front of ESPN with his 10 point bonus at Kickoff -- but this could be a wild one for several Execs.

Unfortunately a number of us could be in the Goose Egg Lounge this week - as four games could be very ugly! Good luck this week.

Flippy, SteelerofDeville, SteelerfaninTO, & Whatever enjoyed the weekly high score of a combined 100 points - 30 points in the 49ers v. Seattle Game -- AND a very SERIOUS 70 points in the Steelers v. Ravens Rivalry match-up.....the timing was right for this game as Rookie Alex Highsmith kicked in an extra 25 points with his first INT of his career.



Pfelix73 managed to turn a possible trip to the Goose Egg lounge into a solid 40 points -- as Dalvin Cook pilled up 4 TD's....and made the Vikings v. Packers game a solid watch!



Speaking of the dreaded Goose - unfortunately for Contenders ESPN and Passhappy - both will need help as their game comes without a Record Bonus.....maybe Pfelix73 can put together another miracle week.....or maybe someone should make reservations for the Goose Egg, if the Steelers win but your game is a GOOSE - I hear it's Cowgirl night.



Looking ahead - Flippy will take over 1st place with a 30 point Record Bonus at kickoff. It certainly seems likely that Former Champions Flippy, Starlifter and challenger Whatever will shift to the top of the board.

Once again -- there could be a solid shake up at the top!

No worries my friend - actually the first year we ever did this -- I caught a mistake and decided to offer up a ruling that I thought would be fair.

If you make a mistake on your schedule and it isn't realized until the week of the game - I will take the first team you write in - (i.e. if it's Seattle vs. Arizona, and it was supposed to be Cleveland vs Arizona - you're stuck with the Seattle game whomever they're playing - unless it's a bye week for Seattle, and then I’ll use the Arizona game).


So you'll get the Chargers v. Dolphins in week 10.

Since the Week 11 games won't offer you any record bonus points under the above rule -- which would you prefer -

Jets v. Chargers in week 11
Dolphins v. Broncos in week 11

No one should be forced to the Goose Egg lounge because of a mistake.......unless the girls I keep posting actually hang out in the Goose Egg lounge....because then we ALL deserve to be there.
