Ghost and NBC picked up the weekly high score of 30 points with the Broncos and Chiefs game - and of course, even though both of us are at the bottom this year - Ghost pulls ahead of yours truly.....just like he always does.



While it was a relatively low scoring week - we all escaped the Goose Egg Lounge....although 5 Execs scored only 5 points...but still better than nothing.

One unique thing about this week is that we had TWO Punt Returns for Touchdowns! That's a stat we seem to rarely break out of the package.



As the season is coming to a close - Reigning Champion Average Joos is primed for a repeat. At kickoff he will climb above ESPN - and we'll see if he can finally return to the top spot at the end of Week 14.

If Jooser can make a big jump with his Steelers v. Bills Sunday Night classic - he will also take Former Champion Starlifter with him - as both of them have the same game and are currently only separated by 15 points.

Passhappy is hoping that he and ESPN have a showdown with their Division Hate Fest in Cleveland. With big points on Sunday Passhappy could jump into second place and make his move late!

While Flippy has fallen into the middle - he and Papillion have a separate game that could certainly put Flippy back in the hunt.

ESPN and Passhappy dominated the week with the Ravens v. Browns Monday Night Battle - they picked up 80 points and they would have had 90 points had it not been for a last second safety that made a three point game a five point game. Many have said it's the game of the year......



Reigning Champ Jooser had worked his way into striking distance - and was, of course, hoping to take the top spot this week with his Steelers v. Bills game -- unfortunately a shot at the top may have slipped away as the Sunday Night game picked up a solid 40 points - but only half of what Passhappy and ESPN were able to pick up.



Moving forward - 10 Execs will be without a Record Bonus at kickoff -- it could be a VERY busy Holiday Party at the Goose Egg Lounge.

However Passhappy and Six Other Execs will be picking up 25 points at kickoff and is looking at cutting into ESPN's lead.

Leader ESPN has the Steelers v. Bengals game all to themselves and we'll see how their luck holds up.

Reigning Champ Jooser also has a game all to himself and will be hoping for a shoot out between the Panthers and Packers.

And finally former Champion Starlifter will be leading the way with the 49ers v. Cowboys - hoping for a close one to climb into a competitive spot.

We have a NEW leader --- somebody wake up Passhappy, because not only did he enjoy the weekly high score of 60 points -- he just took the lead in the very late stages of the game! Can he hang on???

Passhappy, Whatever, Flippy, MJG, Papillion, SteelerfaninTO, and Pfelix73 all featured what many think could be the potential Super Bowl with the Saints and Chiefs -- This is one of those games where if you DIDN'T pick this game -- you throw your hands up in the air and ask yourself --- WHY?!?!



Middle of the pack newcomer BlOOze and bottom of the barrel creator Lonbull enjoyed the second highest score of the week with the
Buccaneers come from behind victory over the Falcons - that helped chalk up 55 points for BlOOze and myself.

When the Falcons went up by 17 I knew I had a good game....because....well they're the Falcons, blowing big leads is what they do best!



Three MNF Execs found themselves in the Goose Egg Lounge - perhaps helping build Christmas toys with the Goose Girls?

Looking ahead......several Execs could find themselves back in the Goose Egg Lounge this weekend (lucky dogs) as only Four Execs have bonus points at Kickoff -- including new leader Passhappy! He's apparently making a list and checking it twice --- kicking our A$$ if we're naughty or nice......

However - Reigning Champ - Jooser, ESPN and Whatever are still within striking distance, and you never can tell when this game will take an odd turn!

The Weekly high score of 45 points belonged to current leader Passhappy, along with Pfelix73, Ghost, and NBC. It wasn't much of a game, but the record bonus of 25 points at kickoff helped take their score over the top!



Shout out to Starlifter for using Vikings v. Saints game which featured Alvin Kamara putting up 6 TD's in a game -- I believe we've had Quarterbacks put up 6 TD's in a game -- but never a Running Back or Wide Receiver. Unfortunately the actual game itself wasn't a close one.



ESPN's season is finished - NBC continues to hover in striking distance and under normal circumstance would pick up 55 points for their Washington (Win and your in game)....however we at MNF Exec. Headquarters do not give bonus points for a flex.



Current leader Passhappy continues to roll, picking up 55 points in a "Win and you're In" game and it looks very promising that he could have the high score for the week and secure his entrance to the Hall of Champions. I doubt anyone is a real threat at this point.

However Reigning Champ Jooser has no intention of going quietly into the night - as he is at least keeping pace with 55 points and one last shot at a huge game that might give him enough to win on Playoff points???

The Champ is definitely down.....but not out!!!

I doubt this is a "serious" question - but it's one I'd like to answer.

If you had the lower score the week before but then tied the following week - you remain the slot below.

But you shouldn't think of it negatively - because it's a way for me to track / and or remind myself when you do "jump" ahead so that I might remark on it - especially if you make a sizeable leap.

But after you pick up your 55 points at kickoff you'll likely be well above him....so that should help.

I would like to thank you guys for running this again.
I’ve actually shared the concept with several of my friends and they are considering running it next year with their favorite teams or just eliminating team specific scoring options.
They were impressed.

Entering into the Hall of Champions for the First Time - I'd like to congratulate Passhappy!

Looking back to the beginning of the season - Passhappy took the early lead for two weeks (weeks 3 and 4) and never slipped out of striking distance. If ESPN, who lead the pack for nearly the entire season, wouldn't have had an extra game lead on him he may have held the lead for the bulk of the season....but as any Champion will tell you there's only ONE Week that counts....and that's the last one.

Former Champions Starlifter and Jooser both put in valiant efforts finishing 2nd and 3rd.

Starlifter made a great choice in Week 17, picking up 90 points - but shared the final game with the leader, and Passhappy was too far ahead to catch up with Playoff Points.

2019 Champion Jooser enjoyed the weekly high score of 110 points -- you definitely can't call this guy Average Joos anymore after two stellar seasons.

Former Champion Flippy is always a contender and this season proved no different.

A few interesting notes -

Whatever enjoyed the most Playoff Points with 105 points -- which I believe is the newest High Score for Playoff Points -- there were more playoff teams available than in years before....but a High Score is a High Score. Well Done Whatever. The sour side to this good fortune is that it usually means you had some bad breaks for the actual games themselves -- if the ball would have bounced your way a little more you might have been this year's Champion.

Newcomer SteelerfaninTO also did very well with Playoff Points picking up 96!

BlOOze played the game very well....in fact well enough to earn bragging rights over Former Champion SteelerofDeville - here's hoping this rivalry heats up in the off-season.

MeetJoeGreene earned 75 playoff points exactly - which I think is worth noting, because of his name.

Before I sign off another great year of MNF Exec. I want to say thank you to all of you - it may not mean much, but there have been some hard years in the past (and this has been one of those years) and this game has been something I've had to look forward too.....and I appreciate you taking the time to play - (and occasionally endure the "humbling" this game can bring).

I also especially want to thank Ghost -- Invaluable, Instrumental, Amazing -- he's all of those things. I appreciate that (every year) he takes the time out to make sure we get this right. As always my friend -- Thank you.

As for me, I’m shaking up the franchise. Another late season swoon resulted in 2nd place. Just not good enough coach T!

I’m promoting my 14 year old nephew to GM. His draftkings performance has been impressive.
