The Steelers should look at LSU for their first rounder this year. Either Devin White ILB or Andraez (Greedy) Williams CB, hopefully one will be there.Comment

Devin White's a no-brained for us if there. If he falls out of the top 10 and into the mid teens, it would be worth a trade up.Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.Comment

Depends on what it costs to move up and get him. I see real quality/depth at several positions on both sides of the ball... this is not a year to be "Reaching" if the costs are steep.Comment

Devin White probably won't be there but I also am very high on Williams. I would take him because he may be devalued a bit, an underclassmen who is coming out at the same time as likely top ten pick in White, from his school. Fits a big need.Comment

White looked so impressive, smooth true athlete...
The way this draft is looking is heavy defense 1st round (DL,LB,CB), heavy offense in the 2nd (RB, WR, TE, OL), and then 3rd 4th rounds take BPA players who might get lost on position runs and need.

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than CowherComment

Man I'd love to see him around in the 4th. Take CB with round 1 and go offense with the AB pick and either a 2nd or 3rd. I think a true stud WR will be there in the 2nd... and the same with a RB in the 3rd.
If we don't get a plug and play ILB in the draft... I hope that is our one "Splurge" in Free agency.Comment

I heard that Metcalf, while he blazed in the 40 and impressed with the bench press, was downright pathetic in the 3-cone drill ... finished in the bottom 2% ... prompting concerns that he will have difficulty creating separation from DBs on cuts. In other words, for all his physical giftedness, he may be limited as far as the route tree he can be effective with.Comment
