I never changed my mind.. I just told you to go back to your damned hole because you assumed to much with your first post...and the whole "Boohoo" crap was uncalled for.

Just because I thought the Saints got robbed... doesn't mean I didn't feel the same way about the Saints/Steelers game. I was just pulling this post back up to show you you were wrong in your assumption.

Exactly why PI should be a 15 yarder and anything shorter a spot foul.

You could keep the egregious pass interference penalties as spot fouls (like when a corner just tackles the wideout before the ball gets there), but make the relatively minor pass interference calls (like when a corner just doesn't look back for the ball at all and but makes slight contact with the receiver while he's trying to catch the ball) similar to a defensive holding call (5 yards and an automatic first down).

They used to have 2 degrees of face masks (the minor 5 yard variety and the major 15 yard personal foul type), so I could live with 2 degrees of PI.
