I agree that his presence might be missed...

Also reported that LB told him the Steelers informed him they will transition tag him in 19 when negotiations fell through. Long story short...The $hit makes sense now. The Steelers are set up to make an attempt to match with rollover.

Last year through 4 games, Bell averaged 3.7 yards per carry and caught 17 passes. He also fumbled once, though the Steelers were fortunate to recover...
