    Lmao at “strategically” selecting Gronk.

I guess it’s like how you strategically admitted Bell is worth 15 mill this year.

The NFL is probably 99% black but a certain someone uses Gronk as an example to use as an argument to try to prove his stupid point. Everyone knew it was a setup for the race card to be used. I'm just the only one to call it out. For how many years has the 'woe is me' crowd used it? 10 years now. I've seen it hundreds of times so I knew Gronk was being used as a setup.
racism will always be here. it has grown substantially the last few years. just admit that every race is racist. as long as the card keeps getting played, it wont go away

He is worth 15 million this year. I agree. That is what the Steelers were willing to pay for his services for this year which means that is what his worth is (for this year).

and when the steelers offered him almost twice the salary of the higest paid rb in the league he still said no.
He is not bitching because he gets so many touches, he is not going to take on the workload without a contract.

That's not true he didn't hit the open market. Using your housing market analogy, that would be like selling your house to single a buyer, taking what ever they offered, and not even listing the house on the open market. That doesn't mean the house was only worth what they paid, there may have been someone out there to out bid them, there may have been several people out there to out bid them.

Also let me just add that don't agree with your housing market analogy, the value of a house is not determined by the price a buyer is willing to pay, it's determined by the market trend and the value of similar homes in similar areas. You could buy a 400k home from a motivated seller for 350k and then turn around and sell it for 400k, the fact that it was sold to you for 350k does not change the fact that the home is valued at 400k. The trend in the NFL is that players on the Free agent market usually sign for more than guys who take in house contracts and when elite guys are up for contracts the contracts get bigger every year they don't get smaller.

I think it's pretty clear that life gets better when you turn off social media and just ignore crap like this from Bell, Gronk, and everyone else.

For me, the evidence that social media is bad for people's mental health is strong enough to not participate. Same with cable news (of all stripes).

I’ve been right with everything I’ve said about this Bell situation from the beginning to now.

So let me say what’s going to happen going forward....

                1. Bell will not get a contract as good as Gurley’s contract. Meaning that Bell’s annual salary will not be as high as Gurley’s.

                2. The contract that Bell does sign with his new team will be less then the 14mil a year deal we offered him in 2017. Thus , his feeble attempt for the last year will be determined to be a failure.

                3. One particular poster will look even more foolish for his never ending man crush for Bell causing even more people to put him on ignore then he already is.

I said months ago that ..

                      1. Conner could pan out to be the man and that just because he was injured the year before had no bearing on his capabilities to handle the job this year.
                      2. That if Conner does become capable , the team would look to move Bell (too much of a toxic environment) or rescind the franchise tag ( I was told that was
                      ridiculous (dillusional) by Ruth)

Conner still has a long way to go and them looking to trade Bell has nothing to do with Conner and everything to do with what the Raiders got for Mack.

I don't agree with you. Conner isn't Bell but he's good enough. And it has nothing to do with what the Raiders got for Mack; There listening to offers because it's a monster distraction and a toxic environment if he even steps in the locker room. And there's no future with him.

Your going to try and step back into a locker room in the 10th week of the season?
While the team has battled, bruised themselves and bonded and labored for over 19-20 weeks..you walk in and everybody there knows you don't give a da*n and that your just there to justify a season earned? While Conner has been in the fox hole with the team all the while; you think they want to put Bell in over Conner after that???

No way do they want a guy coming back only here for monetary reason over the guy who's been in the fox hole with them all along the way; to war with them. Nope.

He lied to all of his offensive linemen for no reason. He could of said nothing but choose to lie to them instead. And you think they want him back? You don't think they'd step to Tomlin and say, " We want to block for Conner".?? Your being uninformed if you think those conversations haven't already taken place.

Exactly. What the Raiders did with Mack has no bearing here. Like someone would actually give us two first round picks for a guy who's one more puff puff away from being suspended an entire season; plus he rips his management on social media. And he must really look attractive to other teams will in the strip clubs. That's really a guy teams want to give 14mil a year to.

He's not Gurley, Russell Wilson, Cam Newton, David Johnson..those guys acted accordingly and were rewarded as such.
