You can't be serious, the Steelers should give absolutely no thought to ever having a reunion with Bell. What bugs me about Bell is his prima donna attitude persists, even after having a poor season. Last Sunday, he had 62 yards and 4.6 ave per carry and this was probably his best performance in three seasons. And that performance in the grand scheme of things is nothing special.

Yet his reaction is to bitch and moan about how he didn't get enough touches. He's been crying about getting all the touches since he was very productive workhorse for the Steelers.

He always wants all the touches, as well as all of the money under the salary cap. He doesn't deserve all of the touches. He is nothing more than an average back, now with a big head.

If he is still playing when he is 30, he will still want all of the touches. The Steelers should never think about reacquiring him and I think any team would not be smart to take him. It is very possible to get more production for much less and relieve yourself of a headache.

Bell is in a bad situation with the Jets. I don't think Bell's attitude is destructive to a team. I believe Bell would be a better player for the Steelers than he is for the Jets.

Dont agree. His attitude with us wouldnt be any different than Brown's was with the Raiders

He'd be a fine 3rd down specialist on the cheap.

Not sure why you want to make it seem like Bell had AB's attitude? Bell was never as volatile a personality as AB. Bell's business decision was no different than many players and team's around the league. I don't hold Bell's business decision against him. Some people seem to forget how good an all around back Bell was with the Steelers. Bell did everything(pass protection, ball carrier, pass catcher) well for this team. I think that Bell might have a chance to fit in with the Steelers at the right price.

It's a long season. I am sure the Steelers are probably going to lose a RB to injury. I'd rather the Steelers have Bell than a guy off the practice squad or the street. Anyway let's see how it all plays out.

Jets just removed a cancer and some on here want him? Bell is unemployed and that’s exactly where he belongs. Good riddance.

Le'Veon Bell released by New York Jets: Players react on social media

                            ESPN.com
When many folks were expecting the New York Jets to make moves to trade running back Le'Veon Bell, general manager Joe Douglas instead released the veteran late Tuesday night. Media members and NFL players (both current and former), including Bell himself, reacted with emotions of surprise, questions surrounding the Jets franchise and coach Adam Gase and inquiries on Bell's next landing spot.

Bell has disappointed for the Jets since signing a four-year, $52.5 million contract last year, as he has averaged only 3.3 yards per carry with New York -- 51st out of 53 qualifying runners in the NFL during that span.

As a vested veteran, Bell is not subject to waivers. He will be a free agent at 4 p.m. ET Wednesday, and as Bell tweeted Tuesday night, he's "ready to go."

Hoodie will sign him, and most likely cut him in 2 weeks, unless Bell realizes it's his last hope. This is yet another example of Ben makes everyone better.
