Is he getting meaningful touches? What are his stats thus far? Other than the TD of course... not sure if that indicates anything specific... or that can be used to counter our collective arguement that we are better off without Bell
Down in the 4th with 6 minutes to go Bell had a lead changing TD. That’s what I mean by meaningful touches.
CEH only had 14 attempts last game. We all know KC spreads it around.
CEH..14 carries...69 yards...2 TD's. That's the runningback that had meaningful carries last night.

I thought Bell looked pretty good in the Chiefs game, if he keeps playing like that he will get more touches meaningful or otherwise.

I did see the 13 yard run against the prevent defense on 3rd and 25... and feltz stated that he scored a late touchdown... what else did I miss? Thought I saw 25 yards as being his total.

he had a nice catch for 11 yards also, I just thought he made the most out of his limited opportunities.

People must forget that KC doesn’t have to feed Bell 20 times a game. They are built differently and very successful at what they do. He’s being utilized but they aren’t going to throw CEH to the curb nor should they.

They expect him to come in and totally take over the KC offense instead of being smart and working him into the offense since he’s only been there a few weeks.

Ya they drafted CEH so he is not going to push him out and its an offense that loves to throw the ball down field because they have Patrick Mahomes.

You are right... I'd expect more for 14 million a year though.... let's see if the Chiefs pay that kind of money to retain him next year (when they are holding the tab).

They a wont they wouldnt pay CEH that money because they dont care that much about the run game, that is the point, the offense is going to flow through Mahomes end of story.

Kinda sounds like our offense with Ben, doesn't it? All the more reason why we are better off without Bell and that bloated contract. Itll go down as one of the worst deal (Jets) in the last decade.
