These are grown men who get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions, to play football. Unless the motivating player gets a cut of their paycheck, then they should motivate themselves.

It's not all about motivation, although I think they should be looking to help each other with that, too. It's about doing what you can to help your teammates be physically and mentally prepared.

I played a ton of team sports. Didn't matter if we were fighting or one unit. We won some games and lost some games and it was due to our performance on the court/field on that given day. Some days we had it, others we didn't.

Also depends on who we played. Sometimes we just got beat by a better team.

Steelers were 13-4 and the offense put up 42 points. The D gave up 45. Not sure how you guys keep blaming Bell for this.
