lol What a joke.
Our offense has two good games and suddenly it's "Let AB and Bell be AB and Bell!"
What about the first 9? Oh, yeah, all Haley's fault. It had nothing to do with more weapons being needed.
Someone should note who is in the "All we need is AB and Bell" camp and not let them get away with ever wanting JJSS, MB, or any other offensive weapon to play well. Just give it to Bell and AB right?Comment

Well, sure...if you are just going to create a straw man and take what was said totally out of it’s context...Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.Comment

What an incredibly (and purposely) dishonest comment.
30 point average in last three games. Yeah, right. It's actually 2 games where the offense did well and you are using the great output against the Titans to drag a subpar 20 point outing against the terrible Colts up to respectable. If you have to lie or dishonestly use stats to make a point, the point is better off left unmade.
Here are some real stats. After the Colts game, Ben's seasons numbers were about equal to Jacoby Brissett's. The same Brissett who did not come to the Colts until the eve of the first game and did not start until week 3.
Even now, after two high scoring games, we have scored a total of 6, yes, 6 more points than the oft mocked train wreck of an offense of the Purple Browns.
New England, the team we need to beat to get over the hump, has scored about 75 more points than we have for the season (almost a touchdown per game).
So, feel free to wrongly believe that all we need to do is throw it to AB and Bell. You are free to make absurd statements in this country.Comment

That is what s being said here. AB and Bell are getting the ball so much because they are the best in the game and that is how it should be.
Here is another stat. When was Martavis's best year? 2015. What was AB's best year? 2015. Do you think it is a coincidence or, as any knowledgeable football fan could see, they are connected?
Other good football players draw coverage from other good football players. You cannot double everyone.
James and Grimble do NOTHING to contribute to this. They can't run pole routes. They can't run seam routes. Safeties do not account for them and sit right on AB. The "3 TDs" in the last three games were scheme related (at least 2, I do not remember the third). To get back to the topic of the post, saying they are "stepping up" and "deadly" is absurd.Comment

If you go back and actually read what I posted, you will see that I never referred to our TEs as “deadly”. That was feltdizz, but you are attributing it to me.
At any rate, you can feel free to disagree. You can even question me. No biggie. But, at least try to understand the point first.Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.Comment

so now we can't want any other player to do well because we accept that AB and Bell are 60% of our offense?
the point is since they are 60% of our offense the other 40% is going to go to JJJS, MB and the TE's aren't going to get much in terms of yards or touches for obvious reasons. Our TE's getting 11 grabs and 3 TD's in the last 3 games is great production in our offense given how the ball is distributed.Steelers 27

Nope. Ben has thrown 10 TDs in the last three weeks. 30 percent of those have gone to the TEs. That means that the TEs are starting to take advantage of the few opportunities given to them, specifically in the past three weeks when compared to the first 8 games. Whether or not it was Haley’s play design or not, they scored.

It's like my assistant doing a report for me, handing it to me, and I walk it in to my boss and claim that I was "stepping up" because I didn't trip on the way in.Comment
