Either way...entirely too much time has been spent on the comparison.

I do believe this is our year and I believe when we win the SB, Ben will go out on top.

When we win it, I don't think Ben retires. I think he does an Elway and goes for the back to back. Then he retires.

          possibly because of his contract.

He has to try to keep up with the local hockey team in that respect. Go Pens!
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

THAT is the issue and why I believe his prospects after the NFL may be limited, and why I think he will play for several more years.

You guys are acting like Ben wants to or has to ever work again. He has earned multi-generational money. He can dabble and be like Jack Lambert and be a ranger or anything else he wants.

You are also assuming Ben is unlike the 80% of NFL players that end up broke within 10 years from retirement. I hope he's been smart with his money and can simply live off the interest 100+million dollars brings. But I will never underestimate the ability of professional athletes to blow it all.

Most athletes aren't worth 100+ mill when they retire. As long as he doesn't try to buy a small country he should be good to go.
