Cool we shored up our secondary by letting FOURTEEN corners get picked ahead of our guy!
But we got an AWESOME "chain moving" possession receiver with GREAT HANDS.

We can only hope he gets plenty of chances to use those hands as he CLAPS FROM THE SIDELINE when Brown or Bryant pushes our point total to thirty something, what we'll need to do to win games

In view of the fact that Mike Tomlin has matched Cowhers record I give him the designation:

    TCFCLTC-
The Coach Formerly Considered Less Than Cowher

agreed. i'm good with this pick as well. think he'll do well to cover some of those smaller, quicker WRs that the Pats** runs on those underneath routes.

I think JuJu is a good player but I must agree.

I see Douglas (2nd team AP All American) just went to Philly. Would have been a nice round 3 pick.

I liked what we have been able to do in terms of developing mid to late round WRs and UDFAs. Our last 2nd Rd WR didn't work out so well.. lol

My mock had us taking a shot on Sidney Jones for the future then doubling down at corner with Rasul Douglas for now. The Iggles got both of them. I projected them too late.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

You like JuJu in a vacuum. Say what you want he aint playing much unless there is an injury. He represents DEPTH.
People compare him to Hines? Rookie Hines aint sniffin the field on this team.

The second round is the only way we get a corner who can challenge as a starter.

We has big and slow, and smurfs with skills like this guy who are at best slot guys.

You cant like the receiver and bag on the corner we took without acknowledging the receiver was a mistake .

Cap I am not trying to pick on you just talk you off the ledge. If one of the top 3 WR's are injured do you not want a possible good back up plan? So just on that principle it is not a mistake. Yes he might not do anything much as a rookie. Or he could catch a TD to win a playoff game. Remember what AB did with the catch to his head. I was upset at first also. We all see the window closing. But who are we to say any other pick would do squat as a rookie. Even the great Troy did not do much at all. Bustamalu remember. Come back over and stick your head back in the sand! Your not sounding like a good little Lemming!

People are bent out of shape over the WR, but as soon as MB is suspended again then they will cry.
