Mr "I have the mind of Tom Brady in Cam Newtons body" Kizer?

Name a college quarterback who goes into the game-plan meetings on Monday and throws his notes at the coaches,” Kizer said. “No one else game plans the way I do. No one else prepares the way I do. No one else knows football the way I do (https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/draft/2017/04/20/deshone-kizer-nfl-draft-notre-dame-greatest-qb-tom-brady-cam-newton/100708188/). No one else is as big as I am. No one else is as powerful a runner as I am. Pat Mahomes (http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/12142/pat-mahomes) might throw the ball 80 yards and I can only throw the ball 72, but I guarantee he can’t throw an out route the way I can. No one else can do what I can do. And I’ve truly figured out in this process, if I can maximize all my potential in every aspect of the game – this is bold – I do have the ability to be the greatest quarterback to ever play. Imagine taking Brady’s intellect and Brady’s preparation and putting it on a guy with Cam Newton’s body. Why can’t I be the greatest? The only thing stopping me from it is me. That’s what’s driving me now.”

Yeah, trade Thursday night's pick now for additional Friday night and/or Saturday morning picks. Then I can watch game 1 of the Pens-Caps series on Thursday night without having to worry about the simultaneous draft going on. By the time game 2 starts on Saturday night, the entire draft will be complete. Go Pens!
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

We all know what's going to happen to the Caps vs Pens in Round 2. Watching this series is like Groundhog Day.

But with the Steelers? Anything seems possible. I'll probably pay less attention to the Pens on Thursday night

              WTF?

              I just don't see it.

Thanks for laying it out like that. With the talent in this draft, I'd be okay with any of these playing out. Now we need a QB-hungry team to try and leapfrog NO.

I think it would be great to trade down. We talk about it every year but it never happens...not in the first round at least.

Trading back we have heard Colbert say previously he would only trade back if he felt he could get the same value going back say 4 or 5 picks. So trading back a few spots would only work with him if he had the same number of guys ranked all about the same knowing he could get the same value 4 or 5 picks later.
If the first round goes to script and we could get the edge rusher or corner of choice I say we stay. Watt or say King still there for example make the pick and move on. If say Peppers, Awusie ,Obi ,Humphrey are there and say San Fran at 34 is looking to give fair value say a 5 and a 5 in 18 I could see us making that move.

Sounds like a 'can't miss' to me. An NFL GM would be an idiot to pass on him...... according to him.
