Do you know what he was offered? It could have been the same as GB, it could have been more. Going back to a place where he succeeded is an easy move for him.

Whatever he was offerend, it wasn't enough. Just like it hasn't been enough for any legitimate free agent who's come thru here. with "legitimate" being the key word. So don't go and use a signing of a bum like Justin Hunter as evidence of a good free agency. He's a bum. I've watched him at Tennessee all 3 1/2 years. Watched him stand in the end zone and drop TD passes with him being all alone.

I'm not using Justin Hunter as an example of anything. I think House is serviceable. Not the kind of player who is worth a bidding war.

House was better then serviceable when he was originally with the Packers. When you go to clueless teams, they can make you look bad. But if House was on a good team, I think he'd regain his luster that he had. I think he'll be alright back at Green Bay.

That's a logical reason for why House would go back to the team where he was originally successful instead of starting over with another new team.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Exactly. When you are trying to re-establish your value, the best chance to do that will be in a system where you've already had success.

                    Unfortunately it's just business.
