James Harrison re-signs with Steelers (2 year deal)
James is a good signing even if he only gets 30 snaps a game this year. We still have some young backers and it's likely we are about to draft another backer or two
in April. If we go olb 1st round I want James around to lead by example.
From a fan perspective, I'm really glad that James is coming back. I really enjoy watching him play the game.
From a football perspective, the Steelers retained the guy who is still their best pass rusher. Great move. Tomlin managed him very well this year - hopefully he does so again next year.
Spot on! TBH, don't bother giving him significant snaps until wk 8, wean him in slow, then let him start in the playoffs....!
Mike Tomlin - "It’s always good to have No. 92 back. I don’t care what I’m doing, I want No. 92 with me. If I’m wrapping Christmas gifts, I want No. 92 with me."

He should have said holiday gifts, not Christmas gifts.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

While I agree he is their best pass rusher it is disappointing that he is still their best pass rusher.
