The Steelers have NO PROBLEM lining up in 2 TE, 2 FB, 1 WR personnel.
My guess they're planning to go old school like they did in Buffalo.

They were talking about bad weather like this yesterday on Sirius radio.
Saying a receiver like Brown has the advantage because he knows where he's going and the DB's need to react which causes them to slip.
If the balls are kept dry and with the stick on the gloves now a days, i don't really see the passing game being that difficult.

For now, Sunday's forecast has a threat of freezing rain early in the day, finally changing over to rain later. Whether that happens during the game is still somewhat uncertain at this point.

I can't remember fans, but I think KC stadium is all natural grass right ? So KC probably has experience playing on it. However, if the footing is an issue, and ones ability to cutback, wouldn't that greatly effect a smaller, cutting and dashing player like Ty Hill ? That could be huge cause on a completely dry field, I would fear a return by Hill a lot more then what the field will likely be like this Sunday. Wouldn't you guys agree ? Or does Icy & wet field benefit Hill more ?

I have no problem with it if conditions are terrible. Turtleball with Bell is fun to watch.

I seem to recall that the 1978 AFC Championship game between the Steelers and Oilers had freezing rain too although my memory could be wrong.
Obviously the standard is the standard.

An early indicator of Alzheimer's disease is not being able to remember what the weather was like in Pittsburgh on January 7th, 1979.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

The weather won't be cold temp wise, but the rain might be cause KC plays on natural grass, and they have that heater under the grass so Ice or snow does not accumulate. But that can make the field and footing a ?? We shall see how it goes.
