If we get a 7th round comp pick for losing Brice McCain (which I expect to happen eventually, but comp picks have not been assigned yet), then that would give us a third pick in round 7, because we already have our own 7th rounder and the Giants' 7th rounder obtained in the Brad Wing trade.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.
Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.
We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.
We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

BTW...anyone know how McCain did this past season? Would he had been a help to us or pretty much the same as what we had?
"My team, may they always be right, but right or wrong...MY TEAM!"

Simply stat-wise, NFL.com notes that he played in 14 games with 11 starts and had 39 combined tackles (31 solo and 8 assists) with 1 interception and 10 passes defensed.
The biggest part of the comp pick equation is the size of the contract he received (a two-year, $5.5 million deal with $3 million guaranteed, including a $2 million signing bonus). I'm hoping for a 6th but expecting a 7th.
