If there is any contact whatsoever you have to be looking towards the ball for it to be incidental and therefore legal. If facing Wr, then no contact allowed. On these bang bang plays I'm sure it's tough for the officials to make those judgements. But its not acceptable. Train them more, change the rules for more consistency or make it reviewable as much as I'd hate that.
