That goes both ways - if you're going to credit them for adjusting, which you should, you should also criticize them for the lousy plan that allowed a team that hadn't scored a TD in 25 drives to easily score 4 straight. And for failing to adjust until after the 4th.

Take the win, learn your lessons, and move on. Unfortunately, looks like we're rolling Blake right back out there.

The next time they wait that long to make adjustments, they could well be in too big a hole to climb out of it, especially against a playoff-caliber team.

he said exactly what he needed to say, "we didn't change much". Knowing the Pats** are quite possibly in our future, I'm of the opinion that I'd love for those guys to come out thinking they'll face a defense with guys 10 yards off with no chance of changing that.

Bigger question is WHY would you WANT him to broadcast that, squid?
Coaches don't watch press conferences in preparation for a game, they watch film. If we play the Patriots you can be damn sure they'll know where #41 is on every play.

Just finished watching coaches view on gamepass of the DEnver game.
To be honest looks like the same defense with tighter coverage.
9 yard cushions went to 1 or 2 yds and Blake barely played.
Cockrell looked pretty good on a lot of plays.
This isnt my opinion, its fact.
Even Mitchell who was playing really deep in the first half(20 yds) moved up a bit.

That and Denver stopped using 5 wideouts.

Its probably less time consuming making stuff up then watching gamefilm.
