Jury still out on Jones. He still shows great potential at being an awful sub-Malone standard QB.

Are we talking about Landry Jones or Jacoby Jones? You would think that he has come into these games and stunk up the place. Landry Jones has bailed the Steelers out twice in relief and if not for an unfortunate deflection would have had a chance to win the KC game. The first INT while a bad decision on his part showed me that he has confidence operating in the Steeler offense. The window into which he was trying to squeeze that ball was something a really good veteran might try and, as ill advised as it was, it shows he's confident. Antonio Brown had 124 yards on 6 receptions in that game which means Jones knows where his bread is buttered and got the play maker the ball. Jones hit 5 different receivers with passes.

Man, give this kid a break, he's being put in a tough situations and as far I'm concerned he's held up great and Haley isn't afraid to let him play football. I can't wait to see him play against the Browns. From everything I've seen in the games in which he has played his stock as a backup is on the rise and Gradkowski is going to be in a battle for the backup spot next year.

He's completing almost 60% of his passes (acceptable for a backup) with a 9.7 YpA (a phenomenal number, though a small sample size) and a passer rating of 95.7.

I'm hoping that he can continue to improve...
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.
