i think if bryant avoids the Josh Gordon road he will be a premier RZ target in the league for us....first one in a while. And if that happens we can expect Bell, Brown, and Heath all to get looks more and more

He scored on the TD, but failed to punch it in on 2 other carries. I'd like better than 1 out of 3 on the goal line.

Also, the false start was preceded by Johnson failing to punch it in from the one. If he scores from the one (seemingly the whole point of a goal line back), there is no false start penalty.

          At least 1.21 of them.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

You mean like get Bryant and Bell back? Bryant is going to open up the redzone for everyone. Scobees field goals were also both over 40 out.

Bryant looked sooooooooooo much better than he ever did last year. He has a chance to be a real top redzone threat....but no, he wanted to wait a little bit

because Pouncey is not a good center.... ?

Pouncey is awesome when he's on the move. In close quarters against the big heavies, not nearly as good. Still, we need to run the sneak more.

                      ^^^ This.

This is the part that is not brought up very often. Pouncey is great in certain situations, but noticeably lacking in others. I think that is why there is such disparate opinions on him. Each side can find examples of greatness / failure.

What are our "red zone" statistics? Are we that bad?

I'd put more fat people on the offensive line. And quit the obvious run - that has failed since the Redman days.

I would spread the O out and attack the corners of the endzone...

we rarely run outside at the GL but it seems like we have more success when we do.

With LeVeon Bell, you have a threat to run inside or outside...or catch a pass. Without LeVeon, we don't have that. Now, I would like to see a GL package with Deangelo...I don't know how great the inside running would be, but I suppose you could have Will Johnson at FB and fake a dive...
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

Coach Einstein said he was OK with the trick play call because they want to get the ball into AB's hands. They tried to get it into his hands zero times in the red zone.
