Glut of WR. Deal one to CAR?

We have way too many quality players at this position and CAR was just dealt a big blow losing their #1 Benjamin. I'd love to see them deal DHB, Nelson, Phillips, Coates, or Phillips who I think are now expendable due to the major step up Goodwin has made. CJ is without a doubt in my mind capable of being the 3rd best WR on the team. Great size, body control, hands, route runner. I'd take a draft pick for a guy who probably have to cut anyway. I think all of them would be picked up so very little chance we could PS them (maybe Phillips but he is so damn athletic with upside) so why not get a player/pick?

There are so many free agents for the Panthers to choose from..can't see them trading for one.

Santana Moss, Wes Welker, Reggie Wayne, Josh Cribbs...just to name a few available.

In all fairness...Jerry Rice Jr. is a free agent too.

          Let's not forget Santonio Holmes.

Yeah lets deal Phillips and DHB, their market value has peaked. Ya know buy low, sell high. What do you think Carolina would give for them? I'm thinking for DHB...a bag of cool ranch Doritos, and if we throw in Phillips they may sweeten the pot with some more munchies for Le'Veon Bell.

Carolina isn't giving anything of value for a bottom end WR. Plus, why would we want to. Injuries happen so why would we weaken one of our strongest positions for what would be no more than a 6th or 7th round pick?

What do people think we're going to get for a former 1s t round bust or a bunch of guys who've never caught a NFL pass before?

It's a passing league. Injuries can happen to us too.

Any whiff of a rumor that the FO is looking to add a vet to the LB corps, via trade for one of our "extra" WRs?

We got our "6-PACK" - time to work on a CASE!

we will need those wrs when Antonio "i dont care about money" Brown holds out and leaves next year.

typical response from you. DHB and Phillips might not make the team because we are so deep. But you're right. A 6th or 7th round pick never works out (Antonio Brown, McCullers, Beachum, Keisel) ha ha too funny. can't make this stuff up

Sure thing. But, silly me, I'm thinking with a better defense we would be on the fast track for Lombardi #7 *this* year ... I'd take a "rebuilding" year next year in exchange for that!

They would never deal for those guys, all they have to do is wait for teams to make cuts and they will have their pick of lower end wide outs.
