Valles seems to be a project type OLB.

They're all projects in the Steelers scheme, oh wait, Lebeau is gone, they only need to teach basic math this year.

I like Grant quite a bit. I think he becomes a solid #2 DB.

Still think Grant plays more like a safety, and hes a bit undersized for it.

I'm not too worried about his height and honestly I watched his career and found him to be an underrated cover guy. For whatever reason not getting the love he deserves. I think he is a mid second talent.

Theres a least a dozen CBs I would rank higher.

Agreed he might be getting a little underrated but second round would throw me into a fit of rage

I'm saying if he is sitting there in round 3, you grab him.

Also, it's interesting that your rankings are right with CBS's rankings. I guess great minds think alike. I have him rated as the 10th best, 9 above him and several not by much.

Cool, I think it's a stretch to say PJ Williams, Gaines, Darby, Jones and even Rollins are better DBs.

Valles seems to be a project type OLB.
It would be interesting if they took both UVa OLB's Eli Harold early and Max Valles late like they had a generation ago with Joey Porter and Clark Haggans from Colorado State.
Steeler teams featuring stat-driven, me-first, fantasy-football-darling diva types such as Antonio Brown & Le'Veon Bell won no championships.

Super Bowl winning Steeler teams were built around a dynamic, in-your-face defense plus blue-collar, hard-hitting, no-nonsense football players on offense such as Hines Ward & Jerome Bettis.

We don't want Juju & Conner to replace what we lost in Brown & Bell.

We are counting on Juju & Conner to return us to the glory we once had with Hines & The Bus.

Cool, I think come draft day you might find yourself very alone on that one.

I won't disagree with you. I often disagree with the scouts. I think he ends up going late 3 where I would consider him a prime value.

As a player he reminds me of Matheiu (spelling?)...hes small, but feisty. Can run with anyone but is better with the ball in front of him.

I wont say his value shouldnt be around 3 but I think 4-5 is more likely, that could still change though....Honeybadger was a heisman finalist, a return man, and a turnover machine so it bumped him up but size is a concern, especially if teams view him as a safety (which im not sure they will/do, i just do)
