Who makes that call, or in this case doesn't ... the GM?

I agree with what you are saying, and I wonder why the Pgh sports writers aren't making a big deal of that. I mean it was the playoffs.

We got our "6-PACK" - time to work on a CASE!

HERE WE GO STEELERS, HERE WE GO!

Tate was not available when the Steelers released Blount...

Both Blount and Tate were released at approximately the same time, but Tate did not clear waivers. He was claimed by Minnesota and therefore unavailable.
Actually, my post was NOT about you...but, if the shoe fits, feel free to lace that &!+€# up and wear it.

Welp, in that case "insert RB name here" should have been on the plane... LOL.

Tate had the same Issue with Playing time that Blount had.. No way was he coming here to watch Bell run from the sidelines. (if you guys remember they did speak to him immediately after Blount was Released)

On D. On O, Ben's poor game, combined with drops, a couple of bad refereeing calls ... not much on coaching.

When LeGarratte was here, there was plenty of BLUNT on the roster. Now that's the Patriots' problem.

Mel Blount? Yes. He would have been a difference-maker.

Mel Blount is one of my all-time favorite Steelers, but even if he could turn back the clock and be 25 again, I'm not sure he could be a difference-maker with the rules the way they are now.

                            Game is making me sick.

Our win over the Colts doesn't look that impressive anymore.

Thomlin failed to play Blount more.. we needed a big strong back like him.....
Blount is on his way to SB off a big game and Thomlin and the Steelers are sitting at home...
