If McClendon's shoulder looks like a reoccurring trend in 2014...Which it does...You will need some depth at NT. Send Justin Brown to the PS & Bring in Walker. Get him into the system before playoffs. If Thomas has to be relied on to play NT...We are in trouble. If we have McClendon & McCullers...We are good. If it is McCullers & Thomas...Trouble. We have no NT on the PS so they better really evaluate McClendons shoulder & be sure.
I can see dropping JB as his utilization has been limited lately but why keep Cam Thomas around if we made this move? Its a little perplexing to me why he keeps getting all these snaps...he must be doing something the coaches like that none of us have been able to identify

Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, hear the lamentations of their women.

I don't think it is what Thomas IS doing...I think it is what Tuitt ISN'T doing.

Eh, Tuitt breaking his way into the nickel formation is huge for his development. We should be thrilled really.

4 snaps for Tuitt against the Titans with how poor Thomas is playing doesn't have me thrilled...Has me worried. 20+ snaps for Thomas a game is a problem. When the weather gets bad...That count better be in the single digits or the Steelers will get sent home early in January.

Patriots welcome back “hard worker” LeGarrette Blount

Posted by Darin Gantt on November 21, 2014

The Patriots were glad to see LeGarrette Blount back Thursday, even if they weren’t sure at first who he was.

Blount drew some laughs on his first day at practice by wearing a jersey with the number 60, which nearly fit because of the size he brings to their backfield.

“That’s a funny one, huh?” not-small man Vince Wilfork said, via Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald. “I didn’t know if he was a new offensive lineman or new long snapper or what, but it’s good to see him back here. He knows how we do things around here. He’s helped us in the past. Hopefully he can pick up where he left off.”

Where he left off with the Patriots was with a four-touchdown game against the Colts in the playoffs last year, and they’re thinking he might be called on for more bad-weather duty, even with Jonas Gray becoming a sudden star last week.

“It’s exciting, more so for me just having another guy in the locker room that works well with everybody,” running back Shane Vereen said. “We know he’s a hard worker. We know what he can do on the field, so to have another guy in the backfield is cool.”

The Steelers might disagree with the “hard worker” part after he walked out on them last week, but the Patriots are welcoming the big man back with open arms.
