When those rushers are Peezy, Deebo, Potsie and Troy (in their prime), u can get away with rushing 5.

Want to know what those guys had in common in their prime?

Hampton, Smith & Keisel in their primes too.

The QB pocket is still not collapsed enough to be regularly effective.
The people that are trying to make the world worse never take a day off, why should I?

      Light up the darkness.

I agree, but since their not he should bring more pressure. My thing is if you bring pressure early, then later in the game it will be the illusion that pressure is coming even if it's not and make the Qb uneasy.

I can officially say coming from Ohio, Ohio winters and Ohio attitudes...that the south rules. I'll take 101 in August so that I don't have to take -10 in the winter.
          Trolls are people too.

The play calling reduced Ben to only having shots mostly in known passing situations, so the Jags could better cover them. There were a few times when the targets Ben looked at were some what covered and he would pump and look for another; I felt like they should have looked for some middle seam passes and it seemed like they rarely did. Where was Heath all day? What happened to use Bell in the passing game? It also seemed like they tried too many simple pass plays, like, obviously the endless short screens, but even pass down the field seemed like simple routes with nothing to help trick the CBs. It appeared to me if they gave Ben more passes where he could maybe improvise, we could have won easily. My guess is they figured the only way we lose to them is by turning over the ball, so they handcuffed Ben more than usual. I feel he came into the game already feeling too handcuffed and he seemed to throw some of the screens thinking, "If this is what you want, I'll do it."
I totally agree with this!! this is what I saw as well....

DeVille: Those games against Oakland and New England "a decade ago" - - the ones in which you say Dickey was "stumped" - - were actually in 2002. Dickey wasn't here then. Dickey arrived in 2004.
