Next week vs the Browns I predict....

The Steelers will have a complete game and blow out the Browns 30-13.

Browns are on emotional high. I am very concerned about the Browns game unless we play much better than we did yesterday.

I kinda see what you are saying, but I think the Steelers was playing cautious football yesterday trying not to beat themselves against another winless team. I think this will be the game.

I see all types of scenarios but at the end, the Steelers lose. If we even get a jump out on them the Steelers will allow them to hang around. Browns are working hard to win and the Steelers are not. Put it on coaching, lack of talent or what but, I wouldn't be surprised Steelers are underdogs. There will be so much Cleveland hype this week and game time. Steelers 20 Browns 27

The Steelers came off of a bad loss and "responded" by rolling out another colossal turd, actually playing worse. They and the Browns are teams heading in the opposite direction. Flip QBs and the Browns are 5-0, the Steelers 0-5.

          31-10 Browns.

I'm going to bump this thread next Monday, let's see who's correct.

I'm going to predict a loss with pathetic offensive play calling, in the 4th quarter trailing by less than a TD, needing a 1st down to sustain a drive, Haley will call a screen and we'll punt. The defense won't get the ball back, but, will hold the Browns to a FG, making the lead more than a TD. 75% of the message board will blame the defense for that drive and ignore the pathetic offensive play calling for the full game.

Emotional highs can lead to letdowns. Letdowns can lead to emotional highs. The Patriots were embarrassed last week but came out smokin' last night against a team that was riding high. Emotion does not last long if the opponent gets a couple of quick scores. I never predict because I have no idea what will happen. If I had that ability I would use it in the stock market.

I think up by 8 is an awkward spot to consider your aggressiveness.....its a 1 score game but 2 pts are not gimmes.

Like they should have tried to put the bucs away better being up by 4 since OT is not possible and theres just urgency to get into the endzone for the win....you dont neccesarily go for the throat up by 8

I dont really have a problem with the play calling yesterday, it can get a little cute in the redzone but there was also 2 cases where ben fumbled in the redzone and then at the end of the game they could knee it out. At least he wasnt calling end arounds inside the 20 again, i dont mind spreading them out though. People get so pissed they didnt run inside the 15, but people get pissed they dont put it in the hands of the franchise QB when running in the redzone doesnt work....so, people are never happy, ever.

Because it's the new Steelers, all of you above are correct.

I have absolutely no idea what will happen on Sunday. What I do know is that it'll be more of the same

Careful, for being labeled not-a-true-fan. As if a real fan can't see troube brewing ahead, or that we are HOPING for the outcome we see coming. I'm like you... I have a bad hunch about this one. (The other sentiment that gets me here is the, "Aw, these are the same ol'Browns".)

Course, I've been thinking the Browns would get over the hump on us for YEARS (since those Kelly Holcomb days), and it hasn't really happened yet.

It wont be a blowout but the Steelers will win. The Browns picked up the tempo and ran a lot of misdirection stuff on us last time we played. They made adjustments as we let down. Coaching staff has film on the Browns, and what worked last time wont work again. That goes both ways which is why I say no blowout. Steelers are the better team. Steelers 24 Browns 16

I say the Browns over look us as an easy win and we kick a last second game winning field goal with a score of 5 to 3
