    Adams on the Bubble

Heard Tunch talking about Adams being on the bubble if the Steelers keep 8 OLmen. Basically between him and Whimper. Whimper was the favorite to win the spot before the Giants game but Adams played well in the Giants game per Tunch. He has Adams as a slight favorite to make this team but he believes its a put up or get gone year for Adams.

I thought that long ago. He is total rubbish. The front office sure didn't appear to be the "draft wizards" they like to claim they are. They burned TWO 2nd round picks on Adams and Gilbert. They just suck, period.

He's bubble ass. Bubble boy. Bubble fish.

The Steelers are the best. If you aren't a Steelers fan, what is the point of living? What do non-Steelers fans do all day? Engage in un-American activities, I suppose.

                  Jerry: He's a bubble boy.
                  George: A bubble boy?
                  Jerry: Yes, a bubble boy.
                  Susan: What's a bubble boy?
Jerry: He lives in a bubble.
                  George: Boy.

If it were up to Cowher's "influence" we wouldn't have Ben at QB

Adams is a substandard tackle on a team that is supposed to have a standard.
Obviously the standard is the standard.

Oviedo, I have no doubt about not having Big Ben..... Why on Gods earth do coaches, teams think they can gamble the entire offense by having selected not the best qb at the is beyond me. Never the less, outside of Cowher not wanting a qb all those years, the talent we used to get was better

Hey Fezz, your typing is reading like Gabby Johnson sounds in Blazing Saddles. It's kinda fun to read.

We were also one of the few teams drafting for 3-4 "tweeners" and now over half the league is going after the same thing. We're fishing in a much more shallow pond. I also think a case can be made that we are doing a much better job drafting offensive skill players than we did under Cowher.

Instead of drafting offensive line (actually just tackles)...just go big in free agency, atleast they prove they can play. Am I right?
