Yes historically, but he has let our corners play more man coverage against teams like the Pats* in recent years with success. I hope that with a quality press man corner we might see it more often.

If the Steelers stay true to their board & draft BPA if their guy is gone...I believe the list below signifies the grades of the players that May be available.
