he hasn't. hes' tough. but go out and break him. when he misses 2-3 games again and we miss the playoffs because of those 2-3 games you can complain about the defense or something.

probably best for you since your argument has no merit

ben has been hurt in both systems

He'll take those short passes when he's running for his life, but it's not in his DNA to take 4 yards when he can try and get 12, 15 or 20, it just isn't going to happen and no amount of coaching, owner intervention or play calling is going to change that. That's why I liked BA he used his best football player's strengths regardless of danger and the Steelers won games with bad players at many positions, most notably center.

I was referring to Mahan when BA was the OC.

great insight and knowledge on the game. I'm convinced. You have won a clear and concise intellectual victory. Congratulations.

They didn't lose to many bad teams under Arians. Of course, it's been awhile and I could be misremembering how the Steelers played under Arians, but it certainly seems better than the past 15 months.

It just seems to me that we've been griping about Ben getting killed, poor red zone offense and losing games we should have won for quite some time. I've been waiting for Ben to take that next step for probably 5 years now.
