I wounldnt pay his benching to much attention. Any rookie who can come in and start from day one is special and it is just a matter of time before he gets his starting spot back.

And this goes to what I said about him all along. His strength has always been his ability to cover. He is a center fielder type, ball hawk. Which is exactly what the Steelers could use from their FS.

But thanks SKL for proving my point about how he would have a chance at coming in right away and start.
Just because you are in the starting lineup doesn't mean you are starting material. His draft slot dictated him starting and his play obviously does not. Like I said 8 months ago the kid is OVERRATED.

Ok whatever. He was drafted in round two and came in on day one and started. I think he is pretty good. If Denver wanted him or expected him to be a force in the run game and as a tackler then they didnt do their homework. His speciality has always been in coverage.

Before it's over I think he will be one of the better free safeties in the game.
