IMHO -- Dixon looks exactly like what he is...a young, raw, talented QB that needs time to grow into the position.
I would use McNair as the comparision...but not in the sense that I think he will be as good as McNair, but the fact that the Titans took a very patient approach with McNair and molded him over a period of time before setting him loose on the world.
Honestly, it wasn't too long ago where franchises protected their young talented QB's because they felt that throwing them to the wolves was way too risky.
$$$$ given to the athletes and win now has changed all of that....
