Total 13-15 over the last 6 seasons. that is heavily weighted with that 5-0 outlier, however. I still think over the last 4 years his teams are 7-11. And I know stats are big but the eye test matter to me as well and they always start out slow.

It's all about the QBs. Roethlisberger was 0.500 in September. Then there was Rudolph, Trubinsky, Pickett, and Fields. Who can win with those?

I was 100% against trading Watt. Now I'm starting to think I was wrong. He's still active against the run, but he seems like a shell of his former self. Is that now 7 straight games without a sack? Has he made any impact plays in that stretch? This defense grew used to being propped up by Watt's game-changing plays over the past few years. Now that none are coming, it has morphed into one of the worst Steeler defenses any of us has ever seen.

I thought (and still think) that we'll end up "losing" on the contract, but that it would be Ok in years 1 and 2.

I also thought there was a 0% chance they didn't extend him because he's the face of the franchise and it was a business decision.
