So what if you're at your job and your employer listens in to your phone calls. Are you guys alright with that? What if your employer says you got to follow what we believe or you're out of here. What if all your emails were read by your employer?

You have to let people have freedom to create. When you control or threaten to control you create what you call mind numb robots. It don't matter if it's football or the plant or whatever. Freedom creates success. " Beaucoup de Libre" is the motto.

I think Canada would’ve been fired sooner if this happened.. or maybe Tomlin would be on the hot seat for overriding plays and not letting the coordinators do their job?
