A name that Tomlin might consider for his next OC; Matt Campbell. He's turned around an ISU program that was lagging. Bright offensive mind that coached Purdy and has built a winning culture. In fact, he might be candidate to replace Tomlin when his contract is up (Campbell's ends in 2028 at ISU).

Next coach has to be an offensive mind.

Joe Philbin coached a rather unremarkable 5 seasons, 4 in Miami, 1 interim in GB, has a coaching tree, including Dan Campbell, Zac Taylor, and soon to be Ben Johnson.

Tomlin is just not an X’s and O’s guy and desperately tries to be one. Just hire smart guys and get out of the way.

I seem to recall a lot of posters on here loving the last OC hire.
How is it possible to have the best owner, best front office, best gm, best HC, good/great drafts every year and good FA acquisitions every year, but only have 3 playoff wins in 14 years?

I bet money Tomlin hires another older OC. The guy has no desire to hire a young coach. He will interview Jim Caldwell again, lol.
