Ben Roethlisberger and his speedy group of receivers were lighting people up. Bruce Arians had transformed Pittsburgh into a passing team. A very effective passing team.Then Tebow happened.Things started to change. Arians got fired retired. The Rooneys publicly stated they wanted to maintain the Steeler identity of running the football. Roethlisberger publicly whined about Arians’ departure and the hiring of “outsider” Todd Haley instead of quarterbacks coach Randy Fichtner. And so plenty has already happened in the 2012 offseason of the Steelers. And there’s plenty more to go:GuardDoug Legursky and Ramon Foster are on the open market, and all the Steelers have at guard right now is a guy named John Malecki.
