The Steelers have given jersey numbers to their incoming class of draft picks and undrafted free agents. David DeCastro is number 61. These things are never set in stone though. Especially since the Steelers ran out of numbers and some are doubled. Cameron Heyward changed his right before the season last year. LaMarr Woodley did the same.
