PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) — Pittsburgh Steelers linebackers coach Keith Butler will interview for the defensive coordinator job with the Indianapolis Colts, according to a report by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s Ed Bouchette.
Butler is scheduled to interview with the Colts on Tuesday. His contract expires on Feb. 15.
Butler could have left the Steelers two years ago to take the defensive coordinator job in Miami. Bouchette reports that Butler will listen to what the Colts have to say and leaving Pittsburgh is “not a done deal.”
Butler has been with the Steelers since 2003.
