Steelers Outside Linebacker LaMarr Woodley practiced fully for the first time since injuring his hamstring 4 weeks ago. Woodley went through a full team practice. He said, “It’s the most I have done. I felt good so we’ll have to see. Each day I am getting better.” Woodley listed himself as day to day.
Woodley down played his status for this weekend. His response to being asked if he was going to play this weekend was. “We’ll see about that.” Woodley seems to be trying not to get anyones hopes up just in case he does not get to suit up against Cincinnati.
This being Woodley’s first full practice, tomorrow will be a big day when he wakes up. How he feels in the morning and whether or not he can do more tomorrow will go a long way in determining if Woodley can play this weekend. If he feels any real soreness in the morning it could put a stop to moving him forward. We should know a lot more about his status tomorrow.
