I think the FO is operating like they usually do... the draft is a gamble and Sweed showed how you can miss. They are doing what smart people do... filling as many holes as they can with vets so they can get the BPA at 18 or trade a few picks to get the guys they really want instead of hoping and waiting for a guy to fall.
