Just kidding SSS...very insightful (far more draft knowledge than I'd ever be able to spew). Keep up the posting.
I'm actually brewing a theory. Someone agreeing with Ruthless is just too far fetched for me.

    What I'm thinking...

Ruthless=SSS. Yep that makes more sense.

just for the record, i'm not ruthless. i did used to read all of you guys' posts though on the old tribune sight. i just never considered myself post-worthy until this year.

hey, good rebuttal. just a few observations on my side.
      1. no one on the coaching staff has ever said that Colon would make a good guard. talking heads and forum posters have created that hysteria. in fact we drafted a guard (one of the better ones) last year to upgrade that position. and It is also my opinion, but I think a philosophy change is what's need, not a personel change. and I think with the added pressure from Mr. Rooney, we'll get that philosophy change.
      2. I think Pouncey will be gone before we draft in the second. so that's a moot point to me.
      3. You're right, I am right. lol
      4. it is also my opinion that waiting to the 4th to get farriors replacement is too long. he's too old and too talented to have that big of a drop off.

if it was my draft... I would (trade back a few spots so we could move up in the 2nd) go with the DE from PSU, that would make us significantly younger and better on the D-line. in the second I'd take Spikes and in the third I'd take one of those safeties (Rolle or Wright).
I do agree about the oline though, but as others have stated, I think that sacks are something we're going to have to accept. It was pounded at me that ben will never be the get rid of the ball quickly type guy (read any of the peyton manning threads)! he's always gonna be a sandlot, go for the big play, with a short career type guy.
