Player uniforms... what do they do with them after the game

some are bought by sports card companies to use in their authentic game-used jersey cards

I have a friend who's a HUGE Vikings fan. His man cave is amazing and he has a dedicated room to the Vikings. He has player game cleats, jerseys, helmets, etc. He has an Adrian Peterson jersey from a game at Soldier Field vs. the Bears and you can see the same grass stain in a photo that's on the jersey ... He has the entire outfit from jersey to shoes (but he did have to use an Antoine Winfield helmet and it's on a mannequin.

He gets all his stuff from a broker out of Minnesota and he can call the broker on a monday and make offers on certain things.
